I was very happy with the service and professionalism that this company provided to me. A spring on my garage door broke and needed to be replaced; (prior to contacting Caliber I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Doors in Ontario. NEVER go to those people I will be writing a BAD review for them!)
I spoke with Bill at Caliber and he assured me that he could help me out at a reasonable cost. He replaced the springs on the garage door and at an affordable price he inspected to make sure my garage door was in good condition and didn't try to up sell me!
I would not hesitate to use this company again and intend to recommend them to anyone who ever need garage door service or replacement. My garage door opener stopped working on Sunday morning and after researching online, I decided on Caliber. I called Caliber Monday morning, determined which garage door opener fit our needs and scheduled a time to install the new garage door opener the same day. They continued to impress me all the way through installation. They were reliable, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener was getting old and was very noisy. We decided to pull the trigger on a new one when Costco had $50 off the one they offered.
Next we had to find someone to install it. I called 5 places and got 4 quotes (one business would not give a quote over the phone). Caliber was the lowest. I called one of the other businesses to inquire why they were more expensive. They said they use better quality parts. Huh? I already have. The opener you just need to show up with tools.
I called Caliber and spoke to Bill, he asked me a few questions about my garage door and then gave me a two hour window for the technician to show up.
The day of installation arrived and the technician showed up right in the middle of the two hour window (I used to them showing up late). The guy got started immediately and in about an hour had the new opener installed and all the remotes programmed. He answered all of my questions, gave me a few pointers on maintenance, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
If you are going to have someone work on your garage door, by all means do some reasearch, call around, get quotes and ask lots of questions.
In the end you'll find Caliber has fair prices, they are easy to deal with, their technicians show up on time, answer all you questions and don't try to upsell you stuff you don't need.
I highly recommend Caliber, and will be using them for my future garage door servicing.

This company knows how to run a business. Bill is the owner and I dealt directly with him. He gave me a very low price for a great door. Don't go with Mesa or any other garage door company. His worker was on time and the work was well done. Worker spent 3 hours removing the old garage door and replacing with new door. Very clean, on time, honest, no sales pitches, easy to deal with. Check out their website on Google too. I told Bill I wish all companies would run like yours. Trust me go with them. I've dealt a lot with contractors and subs. Caliber is the real deal!

Never have I had such wonderful help from a company before, let alone construction. I was remodeling my entire downstairs including the garage and had originally enlisted Mesa Garage Doors for there help because they're name is everywhere. But when they neglected to show up on time as well as complete the job to the standards THEY had set, I decided to look elsewhere. In a panick, I heard about Caliber Garage Doors from a neighbor and looked it up on google and was impressed right away. I was even more impressed when they answered my phone call on a Saturday morning and then quickly responded and had my garage door installed the following monday. I am eternally grateful for their wonderful, helpful employees for securing my household and all of its valuables, and i certainly don't mind how fabulous it looks. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for serious, courteous, professional help with their garage door problems.

Excellent service and price! It was a pleasure working with Bill and Rose. Both were very honest and helpful. I also appreciate their integrity, honest, and hard work. Most of all, unlike other shops (i.e. Mesa), they didn't bad mouth anyone. I was fortunate to have taken advantage of their "back to school special" $895, which was a standard insulated Wayne-Dalton double garage door with windows (which will qualify for tax credits) and Wayne-Dalton door opener. I paid the additional $40 for the belt drive and $25 for weather strips. FYI, I received a free upgraded from the manufacturer. Awesome deal and service! You can't beat it!
